Volunteer to Close the Pool in the Evening

Hello Neighbors,
We are currently seeking neighborhood volunteers to assist with closing the pool each evening throughout the summer season.
Volunteer duties include:
Wiping down pool tables and seating areas
Closing umbrellas
Cleaning up trash and removing extra toys/floats left around the pool (please place items in good condition in the bin near the bathrooms)
Consolidating trash from pool trashcans into one bag and placing it in the exterior trashcans located in the parking lot
Locking the bathroom doors and refrigerator room
The pool closes each evening at 10:00 PM.
Please review the available volunteer slots below and sign up for as many evenings as you are able to assist. Your help is greatly appreciated and keeps our pool area clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone throughout the season.

General Inquiries & Maintenance Requests
BlueSky Property Management is the Homeowner's Association company hired to help manage the neighborhood. They are the primary point of contact for information regarding the neighborhood.
HOA Number: 434-295-4663
Property Manager: Merribeth Neal HOA Portal Login - to make payments, submit maintenance requests, download association documents, view neighborhood calendar and more.
While BlueSky is the primary point of contact, the neighborhood does have a Board of Directors made up of neighbors living in the neighborhood guiding the HOA company to be compliant with the neighborhood covenants and rules. If you need to contact the neighborhood Board for anything please use the "Contact Us" portion of the website.
Board Meetings are held the 4th Thursday of the Month
